There are over 15 million people practicing martial arts
today, and the most recognizable name in that community, without a doubt,
is Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Practitioners range in age from as young as 5 years old
to those in their 70's. There is also a broad demographic in terms of income,
education and occupations, including college students; blue and white collar
workers, doctors and attorneys. In addition, many high profile individuals
from the entertainment industry have embraced this sport, including Ed O'Neill
("Married with Children"), Chuck Norris, Nicolas Cage, Jim Carrey, Guy Ritchie, Richard Norton,
Jim Belushi, Michael Dudikoff and many others.
Be assured that your association with this ground breaking
event will have an extremely positive impact on your company image. This event
will be covered by the top martial arts magazines in the world, as well as
one of the two Brazilian television stations currently airing in the United
States. Furthermore, we are in contact with local and international media
outlets to secure additional coverage.
We will require camera-ready artwork from each sponsor
for program advertisement and if applicable, a company logo for imprint on
the Tournament T-shirt and a logo/link address for the website. These can
be sent with your application and payment or forwarded to us via e-mail at
IGJJF@aol.com. If you choose the Titanium, Platinum, Gold or Silver level options,
you will be notified a few weeks prior to the Tournament date as to when and
where you should send your company banner for display.
